Makatew Workshops
Makatew Workshops delivers a hands-on experience with an Indigenous touch to corporate, government and not-for-profit groups by hosting workshops for staff, corporate delegates or board of directors. Whether you are looking for an activation for your tradeshow booth to attract traffic to your booth or an interactive workshop at your conference for your delegates to experience, we can host groups ranging from 10 to 1000 people dependent on the workshop offered. We can also host virtual workshops.
Ingenium

Canadian Museum Of History
The Canadian Museum of History welcomes over 1.2 million visitors each year to its celebrated complex in the heart of the National Capital Region, making it the country’s most-visited museum. With roots stretching back to 1856, it is one of Canada’s oldest public institutions and a respected centre of museological excellence, sharing its expertise in history, archaeology, ethnology and cultural studies both within Canada and abroad.
CAnadian War Museum
The Canadian War Museum is Canada’s national museum of military history and one of the world’s most respected museums for the study and understanding of armed conflict. The Museum traces its origins back to 1880, when it consisted primarily of a collection of militia artifacts. The Museum opened at its new location on the LeBreton Flats site in downtown Ottawa on May 8, 2005. Its opening not only marked the 60th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe (V-E Day) but also the 125th anniversary of the Museum itself. Since its opening in 2005, the Museum has welcomed approximately 500,000 visitors every year.

Square Lemon

Square Lemon is an Ottawa-based non-profit, organising markets, workshops and a co-crafting space to encourage and promote local crafters, artists and makers in Ottawa.
Our markets are run monthly at The Glebe Community Centre, and all handmade vendors are welcome! Community has always been the main thrust for us, and now we are back in bricks and mortar. We have a physical gift shop which you can browse during our workshops and our co-crafting open hours.
We are always looking for community-minded, crafting-crazy volunteers!

The Merry Dairy
The Merry Dairy began as an ice cream truck in 2012 with a goal to serve a super-premium, original recipe, all-natural ice cream called frozen custard throughout Ottawa. Now also a shop at 102 Fairmont Avenue in Ottawa’s lovely Hintonburg neighbourhood and now offer three styles of hand-made original recipe premium ice cream: frozen custard (midwestern style), hard-scoop (premium ice cream) and soft serve (Jersey-style) custard as well as handmade Merry Pops, shakes and sandwiches. We don’t use any nuts or peanuts and make our scooped ice cream in small batches with a constantly rotating selection of new flavours.
